Early season walley

I thought that I would forward on this pic of me and Dave. I know its tough but this is part of my job description. Fishing was slower and bite was soft with a cold front moving through but expert walleye angling skill allowed us to take a limit of eyes. We fished deep wintering holes with jig and minnow.

Honestly people,
In this picture you are looking at the Family walleye champion. No Angler but me has not only taken biggest fish and most inches at Selkirk. No Family member has caught a bigger walleye, period. Sure TK can claim specialist, I'll give him that but he put his time in for it. To be honest we both caught three of those fish on the stringer and the guide put two on there, we both outfished a "pro". Oh, he took every fish off our hook and had to run the boat.
