Jordan shot this big texas pig day after we shot the ducks. 250lbs on foot and a lot of meat. We were worried about the meat tasting bad but the guy that took us hunting said soak it in ice water for three days and it will taste fine. We did, we ate, and it is very tasty. Jordan Shot this thing with a 22-250 and it went down hard so he started walking up to it(mistake) it was not dead it charged him so he shot it from the hip and hit it in the butt, still not dead took out a 9mm pistol and shot it 7 yes 7 times in the head before he died. These are tough animals but fun to hunt. I missed my shot enough said.
